Thompson, Professional Certified Coach (P.C.C.), has over thirty years
of experience working with corporations. As a former Managing
Director of an international firm, Jan enjoyed both the excitement of a
start-up and the satisfaction of managing a profit and loss statement
for over 8
years. She has been a coach for over 14 years. For the last
13 years, Jan was also an Independent Master Associate of Lominger
International/a Korn Ferry Company. She has provided
certifications and consulting to corporations on 50+ Lominger/Korn
Ferry products.

is a certified coach with both The Coaches’ Institute and The
International Coach Federation, the current governing body for ethics
and education for the coaching profession.
A skilled facilitator of over
1000 assessment feedbacks to Leaders, Jan believes that
"awareness is only a first step". Feedback alone will not
create behavior change. She is certified on many 360
assessment tools such as: Voices®,
Benchmarks®, The Leadership Circle Profile®, The Y.O.U.
Ultimate Life Tool®, and the Korn/Ferry Decision
Dynamics® assessment tool.
