Executive coaching delivers an ROI of nearly six times the initial cost of coaching, according to a recent survey of 100 senior executives who participated in coaching programs. 70% of the executives valued the ROI at $100,000 or more; nearly 30% put the ROI between $500,000 and $1 million. Most of the 100 executives were from Fortune 1000 companies. Half held positions of vice president or higher; one third earned $200,000 or more a year. Fifty-seven percent of the respondents were ages 40-49.
